For today's card I used Delivering Candy - Winnie Angel image.And again I used ZIG markers to color her. The background I made using Winter Flurries Stamp Set and embossed it with white EP from WOW. I used 3 oxide inks to make like windy winter background .I add die cut snowflake using Fancy snowflake die and the sentiment is from other stamp set Heartfelt Tree Stamp Set .
